1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TacticalFrame website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. TacticalFrame reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

TacticalFrame provides competitive esports tactics guidance, including annotated scrim analysis, role-specific decision frameworks, diagnostic questionnaires, and structured feedback on tactical shooter team coordination. The Service is designed to help teams identify and resolve coordination breakdowns through practical, evidence-based coaching materials and submission-based analysis.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use TacticalFrame solely for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing, threatening, or defaming any person or organization;
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• Collecting or tracking personal information of others without consent;
• Impersonating another person or entity;
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without explicit written authorization;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the underlying methodology or frameworks;
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying Service content without permission.

4. User-Submitted Content

When you submit scrim footage, tactical diagrams, team data, or other materials to TacticalFrame (collectively, "User Content"), you grant TacticalFrame a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, analyze, annotate, and display such content for the purpose of providing feedback and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit all User Content, and that submission does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of team members or organizations depicted in the content.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting it, you acknowledge that TacticalFrame may use anonymized or de-identified versions of your submissions in case studies, educational materials, or service improvements without further compensation or notice, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the TacticalFrame website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, tactical diagrams, decision matrices, ability timing frameworks, map control rubrics, video annotations, and software, is the exclusive property of TacticalFrame or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or perform any content from the Service without prior written permission from TacticalFrame, except for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms.

The TacticalFrame name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of TacticalFrame. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TacticalFrame and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if TacticalFrame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall TacticalFrame's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to TacticalFrame in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you in full.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. TacticalFrame makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. TacticalFrame does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Tactical guidance and feedback provided through TacticalFrame are educational in nature and do not guarantee competitive success, rank advancement, or tournament victories. Results depend on proper implementation, team discipline, and numerous external factors beyond TacticalFrame's control.

8. Third-Party Links and Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or resources. TacticalFrame is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. TacticalFrame does not endorse any third-party content and shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by reliance on such content.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Budapest, Hungary, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10. Termination of Access

TacticalFrame reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these terms, misuse of the Service, or conduct that TacticalFrame deems harmful to other users or the integrity of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TacticalFrame and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with TacticalFrame's Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TacticalFrame regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
